“Un soggiorno reso difficile dal tifone, ma soprattutto deludente per la scarsa disponibilità della reception”

The location and the building itself were clean and modern, which made it enjoyable. The kitchen staff and room cleaners seemed kind and ready to help. However, we got stuck on the island because of a typhoon and expected more support and professionalism from the reception. There was almost nothing around, and since we couldn't leave the hotel we had to eat at the on‑site restaurant, which offered limited options and wouldn’t even prepare something simple even though we had stomach aches. The room was small, had a strong unpleasant odor, and having only one card per room was inconvenient for two people. The price was too high, and the breakfast included was only Japanese (rice and fish)!

We ended up staying only one night instead of four because a typhoon arrived, and they were helpful and kind when we cancelled the nights we couldn’t use. The island is amazing, and we’ll come back in the future!

The accommodation was very clean and the breakfast was delicious, with a vegetarian option available. The staff were very courteous and helpful.
