I liked the fantastic, central location near the main Arequipa square, but the balcony was very dusty, the shower towels weren’t white as they should be, and the floor was dusty too. Also, the price shown on the booking site differed from what I paid, and there should be clearer disclosure about exchange rates.

I liked the location and the facilities in a traditional house, but the exchange rate they wanted to apply at payment time was too high, so we chose to pay in dollars.

I was excited about the great location and the place looked really pretty, but we ended up with a windowless room even though we had booked one with "city views". The room was clean, yet there were a few cobwebs on the walls, and the breakfast could have been much better.

The hotel sits practically on the main square, and the room was very unique, spotless, and fully equipped. I would just suggest improving the breakfast selection.

I liked the location and the staff were friendly, but I was disappointed that the phone wasn’t refilled, that I had to ask for a room for three people, and that unlike in Cuzco where early tours get a pre‑packed breakfast to take away, this place didn’t do that even though breakfast was included. Overall, it was fine.
