“Biasa saja⁹”

The location and reasonable price are good, but there are too many extra charges.

They asked for a deposit, but when I checked out there was no one left, so the deposit was just taken and I couldn’t get it back.

The staff were nice, but when I booked I didn’t see a fan in the room as shown in the pictures; the actual room was different and if I wanted to switch rooms I’d have to pay extra. The room I got had air‑conditioning, but the one in the photos had only a bed and a table, so it wasn’t worth it.

“Terrible”

The service was terrible. While we were checking in at 10 pm they were still cleaning, and when we opened the new room we found tissues and soaps scattered on the bed. When I asked for a refund they refused and told us to stay, wasting our money.
