I appreciated being able to get the accommodation at the last minute in a location central to where my work is based. You can hear the activities in the home above, talking, washing machine and TV. I start early in the morning and the TV sound kept me awake. At 11.30pm I sent a message to ask for the sound to be lowered. They did so immediately, for which I am grateful
The place is conveniently located just down the road from where our son lives, clean, warm, comfortable, and the shower was excellent; no complaints.
“Would stay again.”
The room was spotless, warm, and comfortable, with free parking and all the essentials for a short stay.

The Continental breakfast was just a 2‑minute walk from Lower Hutt, and the room was well stocked; I was a little uneasy about the corner car park and the quick exit, but everything turned out fine 😊.

Breakfast was decent and the bed was great, but noise from the house made it hard to sleep early, and a handrail on the outside steps would be a useful addition.
