The staff were quick to respond and friendly. The hotel sits on a quiet street in a convenient spot, just a stone’s throw from the Plov Beshkazan restaurant and the Bon café. Breakfasts inside the hotel are lavish and varied, and the chef personally checks that everything is in place, so you never leave hungry. On the 12th floor there’s a decent club called “12”; it’s easier to get in if you’re staying there. The crowd at the club is pretty decent, security is solid, so you can relax and smoke shisha without worry.

I had an amazing stay at this property. The location is right in the middle of the city, making it simple to reach any spot and the city center. The staff were very helpful, especially Adham and Asad at reception, who were friendly and professional. The rooms are spacious and room service runs 24/7. There’s a high‑end rooftop resto‑bar that adds to the experience, and other well‑known local and international restaurants are nearby. Prices are a bit high.
