The welcome from Constance and Alex was incredibly warm, their kindness made us feel at home, the place was very quiet, the room was spacious and comfortable with high‑quality bedding, we enjoyed the pool, the shaded woods with hammocks, their helpful restaurant and activity suggestions, and the breakfasts were absolutely magnificent, changing each morning with homemade, gluten‑free and lactose‑free options. Nothing negative at all.
Constance and Alex were very welcoming, and we especially loved the setting; it’s hard to find a spot so close to nature.
I booked this stay in Grignan to celebrate our first wedding anniversary, surprising my husband from 19 to 23 September. We had wonderful weather all weekend except for one very rainy day, which didn’t ruin the trip but let us relax and enjoy in a different way. I fell in love with the accommodation and with Constance and Alex, an absolutely amazing couple with great kindness; we felt like we’d known them forever even though we had just met. Their welcome was warm and attentive, and they truly took great care of us. The place feels timeless, cutting us completely off from everyday life and letting us fully enjoy nature, forgetting the city entirely. It’s the perfect spot to recharge, disconnect a bit from the world and social media, take lovely walks, and savor moments together. Special shout‑out to the breakfast, absolutely adorable: varied, healthy, and prepared with great care, a real pleasure to start the day. I also recommend the restaurant Le Poème: it’s not the cheapest option, but it’s simply delicious. I sincerely believe we never ate or were welcomed so well with my husband. In short, go for it with eyes closed. Don’t hesitate to detour to Grignan: it’s an absolutely charming, typical, and sweet city.
