The location was good and the place was very clean. The spa was disappointing and the shower head was very average.

The location, cleanliness, laundry, friendly team, and prompt response to queries and requests were all good. Checking in was a bit confusing at first (after the normal check‑in hour), but it was okay.

The location was great and the staff were friendly, but the room next door was noisy. The place was clean.
