The place was dirty for a few days, trash was missing, no paper, door handles fell out, surfaces weren’t washed, towels and bedding were absent, there was no contact with the owner, pans and pots were clogged with grime, overall it was a mess.

Location was good. The hair dryer didn’t work, the shower was clogged, the mattress was uncomfortable, there was trash in the kitchen, the kitchen wasn’t cleaned overall, and the induction hob didn’t work.

The bathroom was filthy, with water not being flushed. The room smelled bad, the bed was broken, and the whole interior made it impossible to relax.

The calm and efficient service and the separate area taken as a room were excellent. No complaints.

Everything was dirty, with yellow stains that stuck everywhere. The dresser was old and scratched, and the bed was not fresh. The bedding stank, and the bathroom handle was wrapped in grime. I understand it’s a hostel, but it should meet basic standards. A few minutes isn’t even a stay; we left and found another place, wasting money.
