We finished our stay at the Familiamus and can say without hesitation that it was an excellent experience. Choosing a property of this caliber, with a significant investment, naturally leads to a meticulous evaluation of every detail. That’s why I can confidently say the Familiamus exceeded our expectations. Cleanliness is impeccable throughout the hotel. The food quality is truly high, with lavish buffets, a wide selection, and top‑grade ingredients. What struck us most was the extraordinary attentiveness to guests. Every staff member, without exception, is always smiling, helpful, and ready to offer a kind word to both adults and children. The constant feeling is that you’re welcomed and heard. One small example: one day our son wanted a simple omelette that wasn’t on the kids’ menu. The staff immediately prepared it for him without any trouble. A simple gesture that perfectly reflects the hotel’s philosophy and care for every guest need. We also greatly appreciated the constant presence of the owners, who were always there, ready to chat with guests and genuinely interested in how the stay was going.
