I booked and everything was confirmed, walked for hours in the rain, and when I arrived the receptionist told me there was no room for me. If you’re planning to book here, call ahead to make sure a room is available.

“Custo beneficio bom”

The service was very good and met the expectations for a one‑night stay, but if you plan to stay longer it might not meet expectations. Because it’s a hotel, there were families on site; my brother and I stayed on the lower floor and could hear the neighbor’s shouting both in the morning and at night, which should have been addressed with clearer guidance (there are notices, but they’re not respected). The parking was also problematic: several cars were parked haphazardly, and I had to leave in the rain to retrieve mine, yet another guest couldn’t leave because there were too many cars (perhaps the keys could be kept at reception or the cars identified by room).

“Prós e Contras, hotel Jardim”

The spot is great, close to everything, and the place is spotless. The staff were welcoming, but some areas look a bit dated and could use an update.

Location is solid and the hotel is clean, and the staff are friendly. The mattress covers are worn out, so even with sheets you feel the rough edges and it scratches.
