The staff were wonderful, helping with any question and welcoming us with absolute warmth. The breakfast was excellent, one of the best I’ve ever had. The building itself was a standard box with traditional design, which was a bit underwhelming compared to the futuristic vibe I expected from the photos. The air‑conditioners were off, so it was hot and stuffy in the rooms during the day.

The location is perfect for hiking with the gondola nearby, and the food was excellent. The rooms were large and clean, and the bed was super comfortable. I would have liked a bigger outdoor area with more lounge spots, and the spa area felt quite hot.
