The spot and amenities were fantastic, right in the heart of Venice near Santa Lucia station, and breakfast was amazing; we sat on the Grand Canal every day. The only downside is there’s no lift, so if you’ve got a lot of luggage you’ll have to climb some narrow stairs.

Cleanliness, location, and friendly staff.
The room was clean with ample space, the B&B’s location was great and convenient to the station with a vaporetto stop just a two‑step walk away. Breakfast was excellent, served at the Povoledo restaurant, which is also great for dinner, and the staff were very friendly.
