The stay was great—the location is easy to navigate and close to almost everything. The host, Vincenzo, is super helpful and Bernadette is amazing. All the amenities work well and we could cook and wash there! The only downside was the toilet in the private bathroom, which required locking and unlocking each time we used it, causing a bit of hassle.

The location, cleanliness, and bright, spacious room were good, and the private bathroom is external. The shared kitchen is fine, and the staff are very friendly. The TV, air conditioning, and good value for money were appreciated. There was nothing noteworthy to mention, maybe a few kitchen utensils were missing but nothing dramatic.

Vincenzo was very caring and helpful. Before arrival he sent detailed directions, local maps, links to sights, and good eating spots. The accommodation’s location is strategic; you can walk to all the best places in Palermo. The room is large, bright, and comfortable. The house has a fully equipped shared kitchen. The bedding and bath linens were bad. The pillows were low and hard. The bathroom was exclusive to our room but having it in the corridor wasn’t convenient. The shower urgently needs a deeper cleaning to remove the black from the seams and the heavy limescale that prevents the doors from closing properly. The sponge for washing dishes, the cloth for wiping surfaces, and the bathroom broom should be discarded.

The room is spacious and well‑equipped, and Vicenzo is available and attentive. The apartment is very well located. The bathroom is in the corridor.
