The staff were kind, helpful and generous. The location was perfect, really close to the slopes and lifts. The room was comfortable. The bar area was pleasant, not too crowded and nice. I also liked the spa area. The breakfast could have been better looking and arranged; it wasn't bad nor did it taste bad, but it didn't offer many options for organic and vegan/vegetarian eaters. I think the room was a bit too small and also the bathroom was hard; I was alone, but if I had been with someone else it would have been quite annoying.
