The facilities are excellent, the new room is spacious and very well decorated, parking is paid, the common areas are also very good, the breakfast buffet is of good quality and varied, service is adequate. A cockroach appeared in the small room, which I consider easy to kill; I think there is a failure in pest control. I killed the cockroach and asked reception to have someone clean at least the floor of the room, but that was only done the next day, probably because it was 18 h and no cleaning staff were still working. The internet is very bad, we could barely do anything, such as calling Uber, booking tours, banking; sometimes we had to leave the hotel because the 5G of our operator also didn't work well in the hotel area. The hotel is not very central; it takes a good walk to the historic centre, about half an hour, and the tram is expanding, but it currently does not reach many points of interest, so for elderly people like us it was not good.
