The spot is ideal for exploring the Borromean Islands, and the on‑site welcome was spot‑on, with helpful tips about free parking. After 10 pm the pedestrian area is quiet and only 50 m from the jetty. The spring mattress, however, was not very comfortable.
Perfectly situated in the center of Stresa on a lively little shopping street, just steps from the jetty and the lake. Spot‑clean, though there is no parking; you can walk 15 min to a public lot. They provide a kettle and tea, but no coffee sachets.
