“Lovely views, cool layout and good restaurant”
The staff were incredibly accommodating, and the pool area was lovely for tanning. The vibe was very chill and relaxing, with a cute puppy and cat around. The views were great, and the bar offered nice drinks while the food was tasty. If you don’t want to leave the property, there’s a restaurant next door. A beach is a short walk away for sightseeing, about 20 minutes from Kuta town. The bed was comfy and the room was clean inside. The bathroom was cool and there was a nice patio.

The entire resort sits on a beautiful hill that feels very remote, and you can overlook the bay even from the restaurant area behind the pool. We were thrilled with the facilities, especially the room that had a stunning balcony overlooking that same bay. The whole area was extremely quiet, making it perfect for relaxation. The real highlight was the staff—Apip is legendary and helps with everything, from scooters to travel tips. The other hosts were also very friendly and helpful, which we really appreciated. Don’t forget the chef: the Sambal was the best we’ve had, wow! I highly recommend her lalapan chicken and the delicious smoothie bowls in the morning. 10/10. Just remember that Kuta isn’t “right around the corner”; if you plan to go there regularly for parties or other activities, it can be hard to find a taxi back at night.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful, the view of Lombok was beautiful, and the atmosphere was relaxing.

“Sitio decente, mal personal”
The accommodation is in an area with beautiful views, but you need a vehicle to get there. Because it’s somewhat inaccessible (and the staff know this), they take advantage of you unless you rent a motorcycle (which I recommend renting in Kuta). We constantly felt the staff were taking advantage of us, being arrogant, with very vague communication and exploiting tourists by giving them few conveniences. Moreover, the services the accommodation claims to have are not entirely accurate. They don’t have motorcycles, the room we were given was different from the one we booked, and the staff’s attitude toward tourists is quite improvable. We are not happy with the accommodation at all and it does not deserve the rating it has on the app. Finally, there were moments when we wanted to leave because we were so uncomfortable, as there were friends running the place and the feeling was like we were being overrun.
