Everything was great except the location; the hotel itself, its staff and service were very good, everything was clean and comfortable, but the lactation facilities were not perfect.

The staff were friendly, the breakfast was good, the environment was quiet, and parking was included, yet the carpet in the room had stains and there was no coffee machine.

The bedding was clean—that’s true. The guy at reception was friendly but seemed clueless. The carpet, though vacuumed, was long‑dirty with worn‑through patches. The bathroom was only 2‑star quality, and you had to walk through a sort of basement to reach the rooms.
