The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect.
The room was spotless and modern, which was a big plus.

When we walked into our room we were struck by how clean and well-equipped it was, but in the middle of the night the air conditioning stopped working, leaving us unable to sleep in August without a cold setting; the front desk promised compensation, yet no one ever reached out to us.
The staff were lovely and attentive, and the breakfast at the cute café was excellent. The windows weren’t sound‑proof, so from the fourth floor we could hear the entire street as if it were inside the room, and during our night a crane on a nearby building operated all night, adding to the street noise.
The receptionist was friendly, but the hotel lacks maintenance; the cleanliness of the common areas was disappointing, the roof had a sagging pool, the lifeguard stations were broken, and overall the place isn’t kept up, which is a shame.

We liked that the parking was below the building and wheelchair‑friendly, the breakfast was thoughtfully prepared, staff were friendly, the food was fresh and quick, and the price matched what we expected for a one‑night stay; it was handy that a self‑service room had a towel, blanket, and shampoo if we needed one, and we kept getting text messages that everything was ready for us. The downside was that the shower didn’t have body soap, the bottle was empty, the facility wasn’t very child‑friendly, there were no window bars so it felt unsafe (though there were bunk beds and a “friend” bed that we set up on the floor in a motorcycle style, which the kids slept in comfortably), the ceiling looked a bit off as if something was missed in construction, Wi‑Fi and TV reception were weak but YouTube and Netflix worked fine, and the lighting was a bit dim.

The room was small, dirty, and noisy; if you’re traveling with a baby it’s definitely not suitable because other guests were loud at night, there was no security or front‑desk help for a small shower, the bathroom was barely functional, the bed was uncomfortable, the pillow was bad, there was no mini‑fridge, and the space was so cramped that even a baby crib wouldn’t fit; the hotel advertises parking but none was available, so we had to pay extra elsewhere.
