Great breakfast and the lady at the front desk that checked me in was wonderful, but the bed was very uncomfortable, I could feel every lump and spring in it, the night stand and table had sticky stuff all over, there was hair all over the sink, the mirrors were very dirty, and there was a lot of dust.

“Mixed feelings...”

I’ve been here twice before, a few years ago, and the parking has become harder to find now, plus the maintenance seems a bit behind. The toilet in my room kept running after every other flush, and the A/C unit sounds like a jet airplane when it turns on. The location is still convenient and quiet, though.

“Great accommodations but booking the right room was an issue.”

I asked for an ADA room with a walk‑in shower and left a message request; the reply (probably AI‑generated) said it was fine. Instead, I got an ADA room with a step‑in tub. The staff offered another room, but the miscommunication was confusing—this feels too automated for special requests. That’s the only issue I had.

The stay was good overall, but the only gripe was that the orange juice ran out during breakfast, even though there was still more than an hour left. The lady I spoke to said she couldn’t replace it because it was frozen.
