The location was exactly what I was looking for: semi-rural, with open views and countryside. It’s the third consecutive year I’ve stayed here at this time of year, so I knew the room was small but that’s what we needed for one night. The lodge’s lounge is small but well arranged, comfortable, with a TV area and a spot for breakfast. Clean, well maintained, no frills (none expected), everything very correct and practical. The kitchen is well equipped, and the sheets and towels are appropriate. Everything was fine; being the third time, we could coordinate special needs, so it was all good. The only thing I’d add is a soap and a shampoo, since people don’t always bring them all the time—a minor detail.
