A very good stay. I especially thank the staff for their kindness, welcome, and availability. The hotel is very pretty and the room was clean and comfortable. However, some common areas, especially the pool and terrace, could be better maintained and cleaned. Overall, a pleasant experience with very friendly staff.

The hotel is excellent right in the heart of Tafraout, and I had no issues.
Good quality furniture in the room. The establishment is very well kept. Parking is easy and free nearby. The air conditioning did not cool. The walls and floors of the room were hot; we had the room on the top floor on the sunny side in the afternoon, so it was a tropical night.
I was greeted warmly at the front desk, and there were no problems at all.
