Only the location matters. The room is extremely small and the air conditioning is weak near Roma Termini.

A nice boutique hotel in a good neighborhood; the room was cute and clean. It’s a typical European hotel room that’s on the small side, leaving limited space for two suitcases. The hotel has an elevator, but you have to use stairs to reach the lobby.

I loved the space, but the bathroom had a leak and the toilet flush was broken.

The building’s historic setting is charming and the spot is ideal for visiting Circo Massimo and nearby sites, yet the rooms aren’t sound‑proof and you can hear hallway and adjacent room noise.
