“Bra hotell med centralt läge men hård säng och lyhört”

It’s centrally located, within walking distance of the bus and train stations, and ten minutes from Gamla Stan. The breakfast is incredibly good, the place is clean and nice. The mattresses are hard. The room is very small, so you can’t fit your luggage. There’s a clog in the drain. The service is very quiet.

“Succesful - want to go back.”

The hotel’s location was perfect, with easy access to everything nearby. The hotel was fresh and clean. The beds were very comfortable. All staff were friendly and polite, from the initial email with Teresa to the second one when we checked out. I especially want to compliment the man who served us every morning at breakfast; I didn’t catch his name, but he was extremely helpful, smiling, polite and friendly. I will 100 % recommend this hotel to friends who want to go to Sorrento. I can’t point out anything that could have been better; everything was already beyond our expectations.

Bien situé petit déjeuner top. Il y a eu un problème d’eau à Sorrente pendant notre séjour plus d’eau sur l’île. L’hôtel Capri n’a proposé à aucun de ses clients des bouteilles d’eau pour que nous puissions nous laver en plus nous étions de mariage ! Il fallu par nous même aller acheter de l’eau. Je trouve cela pas très correct pour un hôtel 4 étoiles

“It was an ok stay”

The evening desk staff were friendly, and the pool area was great in the heat. A bottle of Prosecco on ice as a welcome was a nice touch. However, the desk staff weren't friendly during the day. After returning from a day out, we found our room unlocked after the cleaner had finished. The safe wouldn’t work. The view was just flat land, which felt underwhelming for the price. Taxis to and from the port cost 35 € or 25 € for a shared ride.

“Brilliant base for visiting Sorrento, Amalfi etc. Nice to come back to a cosy hotel after day trips”

Breakfast offered a wide variety – very nice. The location is perfect for walking into the city and back. The pool area is lovely. Staff are pleasant and helpful. Teresa was a lot of fun and we shared a laugh. The pool bar service could use a bell; sometimes no one was there. Mosquitoes were a bit common after the rainstorm, probably a general issue.
