I was frustrated when the front desk said they couldn't locate our pre‑payment, even after I called the bank and showed the transaction; we ended up waiting nearly an hour for them to sort it out.

The front desk clerk was very helpful, but there were no plastic cups—just one paper coffee cup, which was useless since there was no coffee maker.
