駅から徒歩5分 近くにコンビニやランドリーもあり大変便利 松本城も15分ほどで到着できるとこらに立地している点. 施設に問題は全くないのですが、とある隣国の３人組のマナーが最悪でした 1.早朝3時から普通の声で話す 2.熊鈴を鳴らしながらパッキング 3.缶やペットボトル、紙の分別を一切せずに黒い袋に入れて捨てて出発 登山をするようだったが、こういう輩が上高地にゴミを捨てていくのだろうと残念な気持ちになった 熊鈴は、山小屋はもちろん、バスや電車などではザックから外し、消音すること直接伝え、気をつけて行ってくるようにと玄関で見送った ゴミは、彼らにかわって分別しておきました 国内ではもちろんだが、海外では自分が母国の代表であるつもりで行動したいものだ

I liked the place, the setup, and the owner and his wife are very nice people. They do it with heart because they love it. The place works well if you’re traveling solo, with friends, or a partner. It’s within walking distance from the station and is neat and clean. Nothing in particular.

Foreign staff spoke Japanese and seemed to understand what I wanted, so I felt comfortable. When guests on the upper floor kept coming up and down, I couldn’t sleep calmly.

The house is single‑story, close to Matsumoto Station, just a ten‑minute walk. I stayed for a low price with another woman and we enjoyed a very cozy space. A little river at the entrance lets you relax there. The owner is very warm and friendly, which made me feel at ease. The tram outside can be noisy, and since check‑out times vary, mornings can be a bit loud; I’d suggest guests bring earplugs just in case.
