Amazing B&B – a real highlight of our Puglia stay. The mid‑countryside location was perfect. The property is tastefully renovated and very comfortable for guests. Francois is an amazing host and a great guy. The homemade breakfasts were delicious, the best we had during our 14‑day trip. We’d love to return. Everything was perfect.

The host, François, serves tasty, plentiful breakfasts and excellent cappuccinos every day, and his friendly, engaging personality makes the morning meals and chats a highlight of our trip to Val d’Itria. Casalento is a beautifully renovated property that kept us very comfortable during our six‑night stay. It sits within easy, scenic drives to Ostuni, Martina Franca, Cisternino, Monopoli and Ceglie Messapica. The bed is large and cozy, the furnishings are thoughtfully chosen, and the rooftop terrace offers stunning countryside views. Don’t miss the nearby bike path—even without bikes it’s a pleasant walk through the trulli‑filled landscape. Nothing to complain about; if you want a relaxing, centrally located countryside stay, I can’t recommend Casalento highly enough.

We were blown away by the beauty of this place—a small oasis of calm amid stunning towns only a few minutes by car away. Fresh bread at a hearty breakfast, paired with very good tips from the hosts for the day’s itinerary. The property is well maintained and the pool surrounded by olive trees invites you to linger. The roof terrace offers a fantastic panoramic view of the region. We can only recommend it and will gladly return.

The location is strategically perfect for visiting all the towns while still being quiet—ideal for resting after busy days. The breakfasts are generous and varied with local specialties, and we loved them! The welcome and François’s helpful, caring advice were excellent. Don’t hesitate, go for it! Nothing—everything was perfect! It’s a pity we couldn’t stay longer, but we plan to come back soon. Big thanks to François from Patty and Aline!

The peace of the surroundings and the great host who also knows how to make a beautiful breakfast with homemade jam and freshly baked bread from the oven. François also gave us many valuable tips for visits around the area.
