Traffic jamged me, so I was going to be late for check‑in; I called and Jessica handled the check‑in over the phone, letting me head straight to my room. It was tidy, set up nicely, and quiet; the beds were comfortable and the shower delivered good water pressure.

The location was fine, but a fire broke out and the communication was awful; staff vanished and couldn't give clear answers.

The spot was convenient, but when we woke for breakfast the place was empty an hour before the end of service and no one was restocking.
