Great location, central and convenient for both train and car travelers (parking is advantageous and cheap). The rooms are refined. The staff is exquisite and helpful. No negatives.

It was listed on Google as a 4‑star hotel, but it turned out to be a very nice B&B with different features.

The welcome, friendliness, cleanliness, comfort, and quietness were all excellent. A beautiful property, run with great care, in a convenient and peaceful area. Nothing that I didn't like.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We initially struggled to find the hotel at night because it’s on the third floor of a residential building. The decor is sensational and the room is very cozy. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom is lovely. We also received many useful tips for staying in Piacenza. We’d love to come back.
