The place has a great location, plenty of space, cabinets, a coffee machine, a hair dryer, a balcony, etc., but there’s a lot of street and neighbor noise.

I spent three nights at the end of August 2026. I liked the studio because it had a kitchenette, excellent air conditioning, clean surroundings, a comfortable bed, and a high‑chair table where we ate pizza in the evening. A pizzeria right next to the building offered very good prices, a pastry shop with ice cream, a Conad minimarket with reasonable prices, another pizzeria, and a restaurant. The studio was in an apartment that also contained other studios/rooms. I communicated very well with the host, so I gave that a 10. The photos are from the surroundings. The location is fine unless you walk down the small streets where it’s dirty. The building’s interior is unrenovated. I never used the elevator. The online check‑in was very annoying and took a long time. The city tax was 6 €/person/night, paid when I did the online check‑in. It was extremely hot in Naples and very humid. Luckily the room’s air conditioning worked well.

The location of the property was great because it was close to everything. We had a kettle and a coffee machine available, but only one capsule for four days, and there were no glasses, cups, or large mugs. On top of that, I found a long hair in the mini fridge.

The room was fine. The concierge was arrogant and wouldn’t let us use the elevator.
