The room we received wasn’t the one we had booked, and there was no refund. The shared toilets were in bad condition. For the price I expected a lot more. It was a bad experience.

The hotel was close to my brother’s place. The bathtub was broken, there was no Netflix, it was on a high floor, and no cleaning was done.

They cancelled my first booking and then raised the price to triple the original rate a day before my arrival, which was incredibly stressful and unprofessional.
