The property sits next to RSCM’s eye center and is a 5‑minute walk to RSCM Kencana, making it ideal for a transit loft while a family member stays at the hospital. The common room has a kitchenette with an electric stove, microwave, and water dispenser. The loft has its own sink, a refrigerator with a freezer (which doesn’t actually freeze), and a separate toilet and shower. The building was constructed around 2015 and looks a bit rundown; we found a large patch of mold on the ceiling of our room, and the sofa is hard.

The hotel's location near RSCM was one of its major advantages, making it an ideal choice for me when I needed a place to stay while waiting for a patient. The area was also bustling with food vendors from morning to night, which was a bonus. However, I was disappointed to find that the car park was extremely limited, making it difficult to park my vehicle.

I recently stayed at a hotel that had a lovely pool, where I enjoyed swimming a few times. However, the hotel itself looked a bit worn out and was located in a somewhat seedy neighborhood. The street behind the hotel was dirty, and it was difficult to find the place when searching for it in the dark. My apartment lacked basic kitchen utensils and dishes. When I asked for a second towel, the staff initially asked for an exorbitant amount of money, but kindly provided it to me the next day.

I was really impressed with the hotel's location and the layout of the unit. However, upon closer inspection, I noticed that it could use a bit more love and maintenance. Some of the wallpaper was peeling, and there was no shower caddy to put toiletries in the shower, which was a bit inconvenient.
