The team was very helpful and friendly, and the place is superbly located, though we were warned about the stairs leading to the room and the large bags had to be left downstairs.

We stayed in the Maisonette room Maurice. The view from the balcony onto St. Peter was very beautiful. Breakfast and lunch snacks were excellent. The staff were very friendly. It was clear from the photos, but still difficult to carry the suitcase up the narrow stairs. Fortunately the staff were helpful and assisted us at check‑out. And you really have to watch your head on the slopes in the sleeping area!

The room was very large and the hotel was in a fantastic location. The staff at the Bistro were very friendly and helpful. An adjustable shower head would be useful for smaller people, and a shower door instead of a curtain would be better.
