The spot is great, especially for golfers, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I felt I got a bargain price-wise compared to other places in the area. There are limited parking spaces in the hotel car park, although plenty of on‑street parking was available. Breakfast was pleasant but I would have liked most of the cooked items to be crispier!

I was very impressed by how aware staff were of dietary requirements for coeliacs. There was a note against my name, both the manager and the staff in the dining area were aware of who I was and were proactive at ordering in gluten free food ahead of time; they were also aware of risk of cross contamination and made me aware of how they avoided this (separate toaster) which was very welcome and reassuring. Also very friendly when I arrived

Location and free off-street parking was great. The room was very spacious and well appointed. All the staff were friendly and happy to share recommendations for local amenities. They also provided a good breakfast. Nothing

Very dated. Toilet roll dispenser is not from this decade. Sums the whole place up I’m afraid
