The location, parking, and breakfast were good, but the hotel is old and needs an urgent renovation: the room walls have peeling plaster, the window curtains are torn and ripped, the bathroom door is rotten, and the shower takes too long to heat up.

The service was very bad and the towels had a bad smell.

The location is great, yet the air conditioning is very noisy (water dripped down the wall), the bedding quality is poor and the blanket was soaked with sweat (no spare to swap), there’s no sound insulation so we could hear passing cars and motorcycles, and overall the value for money is unsatisfactory.

I liked the location, but the cleaning and the bed linens were very old and unsatisfactory.

Location was good, but there was constant noise all night, making it impossible to rest and affecting my next day commitment; the staff didn't advise guests about silence nor handle the loud, shouting corridor occupants. I filed a complaint, took photos, and dropped the form in a drawer at reception inside a plastic bag; when I asked the staff they said it would be reported to the manager, but I had already photographed the form.
