The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly from the moment I arrived, taking care of every request I had. The rooms are comfortable, spotless, with a great bed, nice view, spacious bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen that makes it easy to work remotely. Overall it’s excellent value, though the inn isn’t in the city centre—only a hassle if you don’t have a car.

The host was really on top of things and made sure I had everything I needed, but the pillows were awful—hard and uncomfortable.

Everything was spot on—the service was friendly, the place clean and practical, and the breakfast was excellent. I’ll be back as soon as I can.

The chalet was well built, spotless, and even dog‑friendly, just a short walk from Alto Paraíso’s centre. The host welcomed us warmly and the price‑to‑quality ratio was excellent.
