“Beautiful scenery and great room and beds. Excellent breakfast!”
Rooms and common areas were very clean, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. No complaints.
This stay ranks among my favorites in Iceland. Situated right beside the fjord’s mouth, the hotel offers oceanfront hot tubs nearby. Our room was spacious and cozy, breakfast was abundant, and the staff were excellent. I highly recommend it!

The views were amazing and the bed was super comfy. The room felt chilly, especially after a whole day in Iceland’s typical rainy, low‑temperature weather, and despite telling the staff nothing changed. The bathroom was a bit uncomfortable.
sehr freundliches personal, das essen im restaurant war top und das frühstücksbuffet ebenso. das zimmer war sehr warm, für uns etwas zu warm
