The spot is great, the facilities are top‑line, breakfast comes free, the staff are very helpful and the owner is super friendly. The Wi‑Fi can be spotty at times, but overall I’d still give it a thumbs‑up.

I travel abroad about four times a year and have been to the Philippines over 50 times for both leisure and work. This was the best experience I’ve had in the Philippines. I was a solo Korean traveler, but the host took great care of me, especially on Friday with a live band that was amazing—he even sang pop songs. Since I was alone, other guests were friendly and struck up conversations, so I had a great time with the host. I’d book again at Camotes and would love to stay there again. When you’re in Cebu city, people usually look unhappy, but here everyone greets me, asks to take photos, and it’s a fascinating and memorable experience.
It’s ideal for families and groups who want to jam on weekend nights. The kitchen and reception staff treated us like family and handled busy periods smoothly—super accommodating! They greet you every time they see you.
