It was a perfect stay! The staff were polite, friendly, and empathetic. The hotel is small but truly beautiful and well maintained. The location is fantastic—central and with a breathtaking view. Luxury Boutique Hotel is truly fitting. I hope to return soon.

The building is marvelous, located in the historic centre, reachable by car even near the ZTL, and close to a multi‑storey parking where we left our car during the stay. The hotel occupies a restored historic building with great attention to detail, vaulted ceilings, glass chandeliers, and a terrace with a unique, spectacular view that lets guests enjoy the panoramic sight of the Sassi, the cathedral, the Civita, and the surrounding Murgia—especially at night when everything lights up. Our room was spacious, spotless, impeccably furnished, with very comfortable beds and a fully equipped bathroom, plus a unique view of the Sassi from the shower area. The room was perfectly sound‑proofed, no external noise. The breakfast was excellent, with an abundance of sweet and savory local options and delicious pastries. The staff were wonderful, kind, welcoming, and always ready to help; thanks to them for all the advice, to Mr. Rocco and all the ladies who run the hotel in a friendly and impeccable manner. From the hotel, in less than a minute you’re already at the square where the Palombaro Lungo is visited; it’s super central. I would definitely come back and recommend it for quality, location, and staff.

Great front desk ppeople - very helpful advice to navigate the city and find restaurants. Amazing terrace overlooking Sassi for breakfast and drinks at night. Great breakfast. Awesome experience. Nothing
