“Avoid at all costs”

I couldn’t check in because someone was already in our room. The house is decrepit and houses multiple occupants.

“we didn't stay, im awaiting the refund, but the host has ghosted me.”

The room we were handed was already occupied and clearly had been there for a while; we arrived late and can say for sure it’s not suitable for families or anyone who expects a clean, safe hotel.

“Left when someone in room. Take this off booking.com”

Nothing good, and I’d never recommend staying here; the building should be condemned. When I opened my room, I found 20 pairs of shoes and a man lying on one of about five beds—like a squatters’ room—he shouted that they’d had it for a week.

“Worst ever experience with Booking.com...save yourself the hassle and go to Travelodge etc.”

I booked room 1 because I had a cycle and needed the ground floor, but during the day they moved me to room 12, so when I got there someone else was already inside room 1! After hauling my bike and panniers up to room 12, the door code they gave me didn’t work. I called the number on the card, but an automated message said they were closed. I emailed them and got no reply after 30 minutes, so I booked a nearby Travelodge and expect a full refund. The customer service was absolutely disgusting; I’ll never use this place again. The Travelodge gave me what I was looking for.
