The room was clean, modern, and offered a beautiful view of the mountains. The staff were incredibly friendly and cleaned our room carefully every day, so we felt completely at ease. Uyen was especially welcoming and attentive, giving us tips about various hidden gems in the area. We would definitely stay here again!

The staff are fantastic and helpful—always ready to assist with any questions—especially Uyên! Upon check-in, Uyên provided a map of local attractions and recommended some hidden gems, making it easy for me to plan my day. The hotel also offers free bicycles for convenient sightseeing. The homemade lemonade is delicious, and the breakfast is excellent

The hotel is clean, peaceful, and offers a mountain view. The breakfast is the best ever with crepe and coffee! The owner—Uyen—is incredibly nice and helpful, always happy to share great advice and assist with arranging transportation and anything else you may need. I highly recommend this hidden charming cozy place for a relaxing stay.

Linh and Uyen are the best staff, they welcomed us like family. The breakfast was delicious with Pho bo and black coffee. Our room had a great mountain view with the green garden pool. The location is very quiet and close to the center—only a 10‑minute walk—and they offer free bikes to ride around. All in all, we had a really great experience and felt very comfortable. Thank you again Linh and Uyen. We would definitely recommend staying here.

The owner is incredibly warm, friendly, and helpful. She even allowed us an early check‑in and had breakfast ready for us at 6 am. While we were out, she gave us water bottles. The location is very convenient and many sights are quickly reachable. She also helped us buy tickets for Trang An, Tam Coc, and the Bird Park, organized shuttle buses to Hanoi and Hue, and discovered hidden spots around the area. We’ll definitely come back to Le Grande Tam Coc!
