The jacuzzi, game room, and SmartTV were all great, and the house was spotless—no complaints there. The owner was lovely and even lent us slippers when I forgot mine. Everything was newer than the photos showed, with some old walls but fully renovated. The village itself is charming, and the weekend exceeded our expectations.

The game room was the only highlight. The rest was filthy: dog hair everywhere, dirty sofa covers that needed extra covers, a sticky vacuum, a cheap cleaning kit, a shameful bucket, dust, and termite holes in the beams. The host’s first reaction was to stare at us from head to toe, ask for our IDs, escort us into the house, and then linger upstairs, looking exhausted. We won’t return, not even for free.

The fireplace, game area, and comfortable jacuzzi were all good, but there were no shelves or hooks in the bathroom or living room to store things, and the kitchen lacked a pantry or a hook for towels. These are minor fixes.
