Our experience was a disaster from start to finish. We struggled to find the place due to the incomplete address, and when we finally arrived, we were met with a deserted house and a caravan in the garden, but no one to let us in. The phone calls went unanswered, leaving us feeling frustrated and helpless. With our children in tow, we were left shivering in the cold, and we had to scramble to find alternative accommodation and transportation, incurring significant costs and stress.

We had a wonderful encounter with the host, who went above and beyond to make our short stay comfortable. When our planned motorhome rental got into an accident, the host kindly offered us a place to stay and even drove us to the airport and stored our car on their property. The apartment was simple yet spotless and adequate for our needs; we had no complaints whatsoever.
