The staff were charming and helpful, the room was beautiful, breakfast was excellent, and the bar and restaurant were great. Unfortunately the pool was closed for renovations, though we were informed ahead of time.

The location and rooms were good, yet the concierge department worked poorly and couldn't arrange even simple things; overall, the staff were not helpful or present.
