Although the hotel offered free bicycles, my stay was marred by several issues. The room was never cleaned, and the noise levels were unacceptable, forcing me to use earplugs to sleep. The curtains didn't block out any light, so I had to sleep with a mask. Perhaps we visited during a busy period, but we won't be returning.

The hotel's staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and they even offered to take me on a scenic bike ride through the countryside. The peaceful surroundings and natural beauty of the area were truly exceptional. Additionally, the on-site restaurant served delicious homemade meals. However, the hotel's location was a bit off the beaten path, but that's exactly what we were looking for – a peaceful retreat from the city.

The hotel was a serene oasis, and the surrounding area was perfect for exploring on bike – the hotel even provided free bicycles. The bungalows were beautifully crafted from natural materials, making for a truly unique experience. However, a scooter would have been helpful for exploring the nearby town.

The hotel was charming, but I had to be mindful of its isolated location, which required us to take a ferry to visit the nearby town. However, the island itself was lovely to explore on foot or by bike, and the scenic trails through the nature reserve were a highlight. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, particularly the kindness of our hosts, who were constantly attentive to our needs. The cuisine was exceptional, with flavors and finesse rivaling those of fine restaurants. Although the accommodations were simple, they were comfortable enough. The language barrier with our hosts, who didn't speak English, occasionally made communication challenging, but smiles and Google Translate helped us navigate.
