“I would go back again and again ❤️one of my favorite hotels and place to go”

I love the hotel and the events they host; you don’t even need to leave the hotel for everything, everything is there ❤️😊 and the front desk staff were super helpful ❤️❤️. Some elevators were not working when we needed one to take our bags to the car – that should be fixed instead of left for days – one was out for 4 days during our stay, there were two elevators but the number of people using it was not enough – sorry. Also the coffee could be better.

I really liked the outdoor area, especially the pool zone, but the restaurant could offer a wider range of dishes even though what’s available is decent.

The staff were charming, the hotel pretty and the facilities great, and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of excellent items. However, on the first day the room was spotless, yet on the second day after the supposed cleaning I found all the hair I’d shed brushing myself on the bathroom floor—cleaning was very poor. It’s clear it’s off‑season, with little bar staff, and after more than half an hour waiting I had to go to the bar to order. The waiters were still very pleasant.
