The hotel is in a central spot, but none of the facilities are available.

“I faced shame at the property in front of my family and your booking has not at all value at place”

I was utterly disappointed with the entire staff—reception, cleaning, and even the owners—who all behaved in a drunken, rude manner while I was parking and asking for water, showing no basic courtesy. I had to buy my own water and breakfast in the morning, and they were using your booking site but still refused to provide any of the promised amenities. The owner and staff at Hotel Sridhar in Kammam were the worst, with bad behavior from everyone. I lost money because they charged more than the invoice, didn’t give breakfast, water, or a proper settle at the property, and the owner at reception only told me to complain without offering any solution. They’re using your site but not delivering any facilities, which caused me a real loss.

We couldn’t find the room or toilet as advertised, and the property was in terrible condition with rude owner and staff.
