The place feels like it was recently renovated, clean, pretty, spacious, and offers a great price‑performance ratio. The only downside is the location – a bit away from the center, in a somewhat non‑touristy, slightly noisy, and dirtier neighbourhood.

The owner is okay, the property is clean and the rooms are a good size. However, there are drug sellers and users around, parking is hard to find, the street doesn’t look safe, and it feels like you’re in Colombia; the fuse box has a timer that keeps ticking.
