The staff was great and the service was excellent. It was great value for money and they made sure our rooms were clean throughout our stay.

“Decent”

The pool was good. Breakfast wasn’t the best and some staff members were rude.

“bad service and safety concerns”

The breakfast was extremely disappointing. The food was not appetizing, the chips seemed stale, and there was a lack of variety. The only available option was fish, which was unsuitable for one of the guests who does not eat fish. Given the limited selection and poor quality of the food, the breakfast experience was unsatisfactory. "There is an unpleasant cooking odor coming from one of the self-catering guest units." Safety and access were a significant concern during my stay. No room list had been provided to the property, and staff were unable to verify my booking upon arrival. In addition, the access buzzer at the gate was not functioning, which resulted in me having to wait outside for approximately five minutes before gaining entry. This created an uncomfortable situation and raised concerns regarding guest safety and security
