The property was situated so we could easily reach the market and be picked up by our tour operators. Coca tea was readily available. The owner went out of his way to arrange a taxi and even let us borrow local money since we didn’t get a chance to exchange currency. There was no hot water for the shower, and even after asking them to turn on the water heater, the water was barely warm and there was no climate control in the room. The room was very cold, and my husband and I ended up getting sick from the chill. Breakfast options were limited; the only choice was eggs.

It’s family‑owned, close to the airport, and the people are very kind; the breakfast that’s included is great.

I was blown away by this place even though my stay was brief; the manager and staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the manager even drove me to the airport, which was a huge convenience. The room was superb, giving me the best night’s sleep in Cusco, and the shower was warm and pleasant. Breakfast was also top‑quality.

The continental breakfast was satisfying, but the room was cold; a complimentary heater was provided and that was much appreciated 👏.
